Alexander Dickie, 32, is the head chef at The Falls restaurant in Henderson.  He lives nearby with fiancee Miyuki and their 7 month-old daughter Kairi.

'I get up before 7am and am quickly placed on nappy duty for my baby daughter before making my way to work.
