Young Chef / Trainee Chef
This position requires al least one year of experience and will report to the Chef de Partie and Chef.
You should be able to manage your duties, when trained, with little supervision.
We are seeking a career minded person with a can do attitude to support our team.
You will be keen, punctual, well groomed and able to work well under pressure.
You should be flexiable and available for morning, weekend and night shifts.

Senior Chef
Iconic 'The Falls' Restaurant has an opening for a full time chef working under
an internationally experienced head chef.
You must be professional, able to work independently, & able to run the team in
chef's absence. You should have 4-5 years minimum experience.
A good sense of humour and flexibility with shifts are important.
